2. Account Creation & Security

Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential, and sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited. To ensure account security, jk444 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and may request a national ID card or passport when necessary. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, you must notify our support team immediately. jk444 is not liable for any unauthorized account activity; however, all reported incidents will be promptly investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
As a user of the jk444 platform, you are required to conduct all activities in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Fraudulent activity, use of bots, software hacking, or any attempt to manipulate the system unfairly is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Abusing bonuses or promotions, multi-accounting, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collaborative betting constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users is strictly forbidden. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited, and any such suspicion will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed, which are typically handled within 1–3 business days. Under no circumstances shall jk444's total liability exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
